 d graduated from University of Denver where he received his B.S. in Finance. After graduation he returned home to the Twin Cities. He entered William Mitchell College of Law and graduated in 1975 and began his practice specializing in Real Estate Law and Collection Law. Ed is a certified Real Property Specialist admitted and qualified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Ed is recognized by his peers throughout the Twin Cities area for his work in the field of Real Estate Law. He operates his solo practice in Wayzata, Minnesota.
Ed immediately puts his clients at ease and his professionalism makes closing on properties a pleasant experience. Whatever you need in the field of real estate: drafting leases and contracts, purchase agreements for retail, industrial and office buildings, and drafting and negotiating loan documents for borrowers and lenders, Ed Silberman can serve you well.
Ed also is the owner and managing general partner of several properties thoughout the country, so he has been on both sides of the real estate venue. He knows what problems can occur as an owner and manager, but as an attorney he has insight on how to remedy those problems with ease.
Ed volunteers throughout the community whether it be chairing events for his local charities, to coaching his son's and daughter's baseball and softball team. Ed is an avid runner, and bikers, he also enjoys skiing, golf and other outdoor activities.
